- You do not have to be spiritual to reconize the "placebo effect" - It's Thanksgiving; a positive attitude goes a long way to prevent depression or suicide. In my metro, there seems to be about one a month or more - dad whacks the family & then himself. But then again, Darwin works too!

- You cannot expect us to believe your point with raw numbers - I mean since the population increases also, if you had 5% unemployment from 1971 to 2009, the raw number of unemployed would also increase.
